Are you doing a different diet too? Do you eliminate any types of foods? There is another program called Ultra Clear, that I thought about trying. It has the first 6 days with no sugars, artifical anything, cafeine, gluten free, meat, eggs and dairy and then progressing to second week? My husband wants me to do this diet and take the powder's but not a whole lot of food choices that first week, beans, gluten free pasta, cabbage, and other veges. It's like an elimination diet and then slowly add things to see how your system responds... The powders are pretty pricey so haven't commited to him yet, I'm trying Align first to see if I feel better. So far, not working too well, but I'm only three days into the Align...

Yep, i've tried the whole diet thing and continue to eat healthy as well. It does help my symptoms to a certain degree but it does not rid them. I've tried eliminating many different foods including wheat and dairy and still no reliefe. I have even tried doing a juice only fast/cleanse for 10 days and i still had symptoms.

I'm on day five and also have felt different gurgles in my intestines. I do feel a bit better. I'll buy one more month too, but will take a week break to see if I feel difference off. If I find I feel better after two months on, I'll continue. If not, I'll stop. I think alot of these issues do have something to do with an inbalance of flora in the system and everyone's is different, so a fix is variable for everyone. I think you need to find the right one for you. There is a new probotic I read about out of England, but is only availble online out of UK, so shipping also costs more. I can't remember the name, but think I read it off a link from this website. It claims to help IBS too, so may try it if Align doesn't fix me. I know I cause some of my own issues eating trigger foods, I'm just weak in some aspects of my diet and want to find the magic pill, so I can eat what I want, but not sure if that will ever happen. I've read alot of posts, and it seems like many people use probotics, supplements, and diet change to ward off attacks. I also ordered the hypo tapes to see if this helps. I know I cause some of my own nervous attacks, when I feel little cramps and know I'm going out in public, so maybe this can help in this arena.
