Thank you so very much for this info. Did not know this about the inulin and FOS. And maybe I will give the Activia a try using the lactase enzymes as long as they don't have some additive that she couldn't tolerate. I have never used the lactase enzymes before. I just have avoided any dairy/lactose products for my daughter. Would you know of a good brand off the top of your head for lactase enzymes?

Lactase enzyme is sold in health food stores and in grocery stores here. There is no particular brand that is any better than any other brand. A generic brand should do just fine. If you cannot find natural or plain activia with B. regularis then I can give you simple instructions how to make it using a flavored activia as the starter.
