I have been taking different probiotics for the past few years and haven't noticed much difference in the way i feel after taking them. I think they help some people more then others. Good Luck! Dr. Janet Maccaro,(Ph.D., C.N.C.) who is well known in the holistic/natural/alternative medicine field and authored several books, including "Natural Health Remedies" recommends it. I currently take Align and that is much more expensive than $20 bucks for 90 capsules. Align is more like over $30 for just a month's supply. I will put my email address in the profile area.
