I'm eating quaker plain slightly salted,rice circles,cakes? whatever they're called..is that SF?

bump..ok I was wondering what you guys do when you run out of tea and have to wait half a day or a day for it in the mail? drink warm water? I can't drink peppermint and I don't have a ride to wal mart.

I don't know for a fact that it is soluble fiber, but I'm thinking it is! I'm sorry noone has answered your question, and I wish I could be more helpful!!
