I don't think so I think it has milk or hfcs in it. You can do Crispx(my favorite). Look for a store brand rice crispies they might be hfcs free. Check out the envirokidz ceral I love the gorilla munch and they have a frosted flakes to.Heres the link to check them out www.envirokidz.com You can also do malt-o meal its kinda plain. I put like starwberrys or cinnamon or sugar in mine. hth emmasmom ibs-c gas

Head down to the General Mills and Quaker parts of the aisle and you'll find more safe choices. Most of the corn, rice and oat based cereals from them are safe. Kellogg's and Post almost always use HFCS. Watch for milk by looking for the bold warning at the bottom of the ingredients list saying that it 'contains milk.'

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

If you want to eat a cornflake type cereal, try Nature's Path Honeyed Corn Flakes, they are really great. Also, I enjoy the Nature's Path Mesa Sunrise cereal, plus Puffins cereal are fabulous as well, I love the peanut butter, honey rice, and original flavors.
Good luck with your cereal hunt!

Check out the Malt-o-Meal brand, too. I like their versions of Froot Loops and Cap'n Crunch. (What can I say? I guess I'm a kid at heart.) There's also oatmeal and Cheerios, if you can tolerate oats. (Not all of us can.)
