Daily Amount of Tummy Fiber

I am now using 4 teaspoons of Tummy Fiber daily (divided into 2 doses.) The maximum recommended amount is 5 tablespoons. Is this amount meant as 5 total tablespoons daily, or 5 times two?

For some reason wheather I use a teaspoon or a tablespoon I dont seem to see a difference in the affect of the fiber. Does anyone else have the same issue. Maybe I am using it wrong if that is possible.

I wouldn't rapidly increase your SFS intake from one day to the next. Doing so can actually make you worse. Check out the sticky note on taking the SFS for more advice.

I seem to be stuck on 4 small tsp a day, taken with meals. If I go up any higher at this stage, I seem to go backwards. My advice would be to work up slowly from a low dosage.
I am at the stage where I have had some definite improvement, but not anywhere as much as I would like.
