I want to get some acidophilus pills, and was hoping someone could recommend a brand/type to assist with IBS-D. I have severe bloating, and yeast infection-like symptoms.
Preferably something available in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Oh, maybe I should be asking for a Probiotic recommendation. Yeah, that makes more sense. Sheesh! Got mixed up.

I've been using Acidophilus capsules marketed by Nature's Bounty. I suspect you can do a search online for that company or simply go to your local pharmacy and see what they have.

I use Jamieson brand green lid white label with red writing.
Its Super Strain Acidophilius Probotic Complex
It helps with my stomach and with yeast infections.I just recently had two rounds of antibioctics and of course felt like poop for a week before I remembered to take them and now i feel better.You should be able to find this brand in Canada, good luck.

Hi
I just started taking a probiotic product called Tu Zen and it has helped a lot! I am also in Canada, so you should be able to get it at your drug store
