I am in the search for a warm ceral type breakfest I can't do oatmeal so I was wondering if grits was ok.Thanks emmamsom ibs-c gas

I looked at the Quaker website at the instant grits and it looks like they are safe. Of course it will depend on how you are prepareing them. Have you thought about Cream of Wheat, Cream of Rice or Malt-o-Meal (which I think is wheat)?
