Charcoal Tablets

Hi,
Has anyone used Charcoal Tablets/caps and had a negative reaction? I order Charco Caps (I think) because I get so bloated and gassy that I feel pregnant - and it can totally ruin my day! I ordered them to try but was worried about side effects.

Nope - I'm super sensitive to most meds and have never had a problem with them. The only side effect is that they turn your BM's black!

Thanks so much for getting back to me. I will give them a shot.
That is kind of gross about it changing the color of your BM but if it helps my bloating I will get over it!!

No problems here! I get them from Wal-mart. It's easier than ordering and costs less. But whatever works for you! You may not have a wal-mart there. Anyway, I felt an attack coming on about 1:30 and took two and I feel better now! Hope they work for you the same!

I used them with no negative reactions. They work almost immediately which is great. The only reason I stopped using them was because they stopped working after a few months. I guess my body got immune to them. I deffinately recommend trying them though because they did help me alot, even if it wasnt for as long of a period as i wanted.
