I get a turkey sub from Subway alot so quizno's turkey sub should be okay - as long as they hold the cheese and mayo. I've never tried their soup so I can't answer for that one....

I'm new to EFI, and was just thinking today about turkey subs from subway --- what type of bread and toppings work well for you?

Quiznos is one of my stand-bys when we travel! I love just their veggie sub.
I am too leary to try turkey subs from anywhere as the DH and I once both got food poisoning from a Subway turkey sub.
Just make sure you don't opt for the cheesey bread!!

I get the turkey on white bread with tomatoes, bl-olives, carrots, salt, pepper. The fat free honey mustard is ok but for some reason I have a prolbem with any kind of mustard. Sometimes I get it toasted sometimes I don't. Its not to bad kind dry but better than being hungry and getting sick. hth. emmasmom ibs-c gas

I enjoy all of the veggie toppings on my subs. They don't bother me. I guess the white bread makes them safe. I like the veggie sub, but turkey and chicken breast are good too.
