Last weekend I made some cornbread using a coarse ground corn meal that I got at Whole Foods. I used eggbeaters and almond milk but did I ever get a terrible reaction. Had severe attack that night and the next morning. Not being a believer I ate it again the next night with the same result. I have been eating cornbread with no problem but making it with very fine ground meal.
