So... I have been doing research on anxiety to find something natural to help with well... not being so anxious. I have been looking online and found a site that talks about apple cider vinegar (acv) and people on there have been talking about a lot of the benefits from it like, help with depression, skin, anxiety, gas, and some say IBS. I'm not sure if anyone here has done research into this or knows the 'skinny' on if this information is true..

Apple cider vinegar is a reputable natural anti-fungal, so if you believe that your depression, skin problems, IBS symptoms are fungal related (and for some they can be), then acv would be a good natural route to try. Not sure if that, and that alone would make a big enough difference. Fungal issues are complicated and it would also require a diet change. As for the other benefits of acv, not sure.......
