Try stop taking acidopolus and see if it reduces the gas and C. It is questionable whether it is beneficial for IBS. And it might contain other ingredients like FOS that can be problematic for IBSers.

Try laying off the bran. Research suggests that it actually makes IBC C, D or A worse. It certainly doesn't help me.

Actually, many of the things you are eating are not following Heather's IBS diet - milk, even if it is lactose free, is not part of the diet - neither is yogurt. And bran (wheat or oat) is very very difficult to digest. Are your veggies cooked or raw? Many of us are not able to tolerate raw veggies, but can tolerate cooked veggies with a SF base.
Please review the Eating for IBS guidelines, as it doesn't seem your diet is following them. Maybe following the guidelines would help - they certainly have helped a lot of folks on this board!

You've got to lay off the bran and yogurt. Bran makes me worse. I stopped eating anything "whole wheat". That solved my gas problem, but still had constipation. I followed the diet, PLUS started using a little cocktail at night of herbal tea, 1 Tablespoon of Blackstrap molasses, and some lactaid milk. It HAS to be blackstrap molasses. It has a lot of magnesium in it. If you can't find it, try magnesuium supplements - probably two tablets before bed (63% of daily recommended dosage each). With that addition to my diet, I have felt like a new person for several months. I was miserable before - loved to exercize but couldn't. Couldn't fit into pants. Now I've been able to run and exercize and have lost a couple of pounds and don't feel pudgy all the time. This is a lifesaver for me. I got this recommendation off this message board. Good luck. I
