antioxidants and vitamins in our diets

Hi, I'm looking for anyone's suggestions on how to get in fruits and veggies/foods that are high in antioxidants, calcium, vitamins in general. I'm concerned about staying healthy while I'm going through very early menopause...I'm 44 and have had mostly no cycle for about 3 years.

You get more bang for your buck with berries (any kind).They are also the lowest natural sugar, if you are watching your weight. Also, small red beans (dried) and red kidney beans, dark-green leafy veggies are good.
