Do you all use ground turkey breast or just ground turkey in recipes. I have had issues with ground turkey breast as it isn't really palatable in some meals where as I am told regular ground turkey you don't notice it isn't meat.

Really try to stick with just breast or at least the white parts. Chances are just "regular ground turkey" has skin and maybe even dark meat in there also, which of course would then make it higher in fat. You just have to play with our spices more to GIVE it more flavor.
