Thanks Fen for the tip on a magnesium supplement. My gastro checked my magnesium levels and said they were fine. But on your suggestion, I started taking 1/2 of a 250 mg magnesium supplement at night and in the morning and it's great. IN ADDITION I also started using Gaga's wonderful concoction of blackstrap molasses in hot herbal tea before bed - and in the morning (tastes bad but worth it). It has a lot of magnesium in it as well. Can you overdose on magnesium by just doing this? With all that, I almost feel normal!!!!!

This is taken from Wikipedia:

Excess magnesium in the blood is freely filtered at the kidneys, and for this reason it is difficult to overdose on magnesium from dietary sources alone.[9] With supplements overdose is possible, however, particularly in people with poor renal function, but severe hypermagnesemia can also occur without renal dysfunction.[10] Alcoholism can produce a magnesium deficiency which is easily reversed by oral or parenteral administration, depending on the degree of deficiency.
