Note to Gaga - your tip to Jason61 about using a blackstrap molasses cocktail was AWESOME!!! I started doing that right before bed (in addition to SF supplements during the day). I also do the molasses drink in the morning, and it has helped so much!!! I almost feel normal! I have also been taking 1/2 of a 250 mg magnesium supplement at night and in the morning. BUT - I drink the molasses (1Tbsp) in a cup of Lipton cinnamon apple herbal tea with some Lataid milk in it. I couln't gag it down in a cup of hot water. VERY funky taste!
