Hi I have a 17 YOD and she has Crohn's Disease and I have adult ADD. My main concern is that I want to provide healthy menus that we can pick from on a monthly bases. I am having a hard time making up an IBS/Crohn's Menu so that she gets the proper nutrition. Can anyone direct me to a source where I can make up a healthy IBS/Crohn's Friendly Menu.

Also is there a list of items that I should be using instead of milk, margarines, mayo, eggs etc

As far as dairy hes a list of no dairy items. Earth balance light butter, alomond breeze, soy milk or rice milk. Only use egg whites. Fat free mayo's or low fat.Organic ketchups, mustard ok (if you can handle it I can't) organic pickle relish. Hth
