welcome to the world of constipation. it's fun here.

try and add in a little bit of IF mixed with SF foods, like a few berries in a safe cereal.

Hi, I have no advice, just sympathy. I think an occasional switch is one of the joys of IBS. I've always been a C except for a month two years ago when I had a constant D. Back then it felt like a welcomed change to me, lol!

I can relate to the "tank" feeling! I feel like that a lot, and it bugs me when I can't even complain about it! Whenever I say that I feel so bloated and "heavy" people are like, "you're skinny, you don't know what your talking about"! They don't understand that painful bloating comes from the GI tract, not from fat cells.

Hope you feel better soon!

I can relate to the relief from switching. I actually look forward to my "C" periods. While uncomfortable, I can at least function without having to constantly worry about where a bathroom is!
