I always stock up on Lisanatti cheeses when I go. I prefer the soy cheese, but the rice and almond flavors aren't bad, either.

I like the Yogi Teas in: Calming, Egyptian Licorice & Stomach Ease. I've heard that there is an Egyptian Licorice & Mint, but haven't found it yet . . .
I also stock up on specialty rices, quinoa & barley (in bulk), for variety at home. Sadly, (or no, depending on how you look at it) I did this before I was diagnosed w/ IBS.

Here's an old thread on this back from 2005. It was interesting to read my answer because a lot of what I bought at Whole Foods back then I can find in regular grocery stores now.
Right now I buy the following from Whole Foods:
- 365 Day Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Whole Foods Hamburger and Hot Dog buns - HFCS-free, dairy-free - soy sour cream - bakery breads - soy ice cream; my Whole Foods doesn't seem to carry rice ice cream any more - bulk basmati rice (double or triple bag it)
