Today, my sinuses started acting up, I usually get really bad in the summers. I'm allergic to pollen, grass, and trees (basically outside). Just wondering if anyone has allergies and what medicine is IBS friendly (if any).
*I tried searching for allergies, but food allergies is all that comes up. I also tried sinus but cold and flu threads came up.

I use the generic Claritin, Loratidine. It works wonders! No IBS problems whatsoever. I think you can take it twice a day, but I only take it in the morning. My latest discovery is those nasal strips that help with snoring. They REALLY open up my nasal passages at night and help me sleep uninterrupted.

I think the "d" just means it has an added decongestant (sudafed). I've never had IBS problems with sudafed either. Just don't take that stuff in the evening!

I've been using a Neti Pot, it's a natural saline rinse for your sinuses. No meds whatsoever. It's strange for about 2 seconds until you get used to the feeling. Then it's fine, I actually like the way it feels. I recommend using lukewarm water.
