1. Are seeds (even the tiny ones on hamburger buns) supposed to be saf with IBS becasue I can't eat them at all. 2. Is organic brown rice bread safe? There is 2 grams of fiber in one slice, it doesnt say insoluble but since its brown rice should you assume its insoluble and eat it after soluble fiber? 3. Also I bought crystallized ginger and they aslo contain sulfur dioxide as a preservative. COuld this casueu gas becuase it is a gas? By the way I just received acupuncture yesterday for IBS and omg did it really make a difference. Usually when I wake up at this time I have so much cramping and have to run to the bathroom, but today Im just hungry and able to enjoy my breakfast. THis is the 4th tme I received it and each time it has gotten better and better. If that is somehting you have not tried, I think it is at least worth a try! I feel like after my mind is not as connected to my stomach ya know, its a good feeling. Thanks everyone:)
