Does anyone find that using peppermint tea or capsules helps by preventing diarrhea? Or helps with pain? I think I am finding that it does. Only time will tell.
Yes, peppermint is our friend here. It not only has properties that relieve pain, it can even stop me in the middle of an attack. IT's very powerful in helping to stabilize the colon and ease diarrhea - sometimes before or even during an attack.
