Has anyone here completely switched to organic foods? Have you noticed any difference in your IBS?

I have a friend who says he had terrible bowel problems until he switched to a complete organic diet. I have no idea if he suffered from IBS of what (it was befoe I met him), but I thought this was interesting.

I eat a diet of around 20-30% organic foods (trying to increase that, but it is so expensive!)

Anyway, I would love some more info on this subject...thanks!

I have slowly been moving in that direction and I have to admit that when I have a flare up it is not from safe organic foods. Organic, however, does no good if the food is a trigger food to begin with. For instance organic milk would send me into a two day attack. Fresh fruits and vegetables that are organic simply taste better to me.
