I need suggestions on how to be able to tell what foods are bothering me, I have been on the diet exclusively for a week and did great last week then had problems Monday adn then D again today. Since foods won't affect you for a day or two I don't know how to pinpoint what is causing these issues, any suggestions?????

At first, you are struggling just to get stable and it takes time. The best thing for you to do is to make a food diary. At first, stick to just the very safe SF items - rice, plain potato, etc. Watch those processed foods--they have stuff in them that really causes trouble. Also you are still adjusting your fiber. Are you taking acacia? If so, how much and when? Are you drinking enough water? I have found that I have trouble with D if I don't eat sufficient SF before I eat IF. I have started eating rice, bread or potato first at every meal. Snacks are mostly SF as well. Another trouble spot for me is anything with high fructose corn syrup in it. Causes incredible gas and bloating and therefore changes the motility of the bowel and can cause D. Hang in there. It will get easier and better.

It is difficult to give suggestions without knowing exactly what you are eating. If you post a list of the things you have been eating you may get some suggestions.
Good luck
