I have up the water to 3 bottles a day and a glass of tea. The only thing else I can thnk of is to add more if and start exceriseing but i can't add to much if it in all at once. Its just been the last month or so thats its been this bad. WHY? Also, do you take a soluble fiber supplement? IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion. You get the diagnosis after you've had the necessary tests and been examined to rule out any physical causes of your problems. Along with the colonscopy, I had an upper GI endoscopy and also x-rays and a barium swallow (ick).
