How to progress from the "crisis" diet?

I have been eating the "what to eat when you can't eat anything" diet. I am puzzled as to how to progress gradually from there. Except for the bananas, that diet is all SF from grains. How do I add protein? How do I add other SF from vegetables? Should the veggies or the protein come first? So far I have added fat-free chicken broth and one hard-boiled egg (w/o yolk) per meal, then a tiny bit of chicken, then some soy milk. What next?

Everyone is different but when I get where you are I add mushy cooked carrots, applesauce (Organic or homemade), mushrooms, a few toasted almonds, a few blueberries. I also will cook very finely chopped onion, celery and bell pepper (diff colors) to my chicken and rice. The key word here is slowly and remember the order matters. Eat all IF with plenty of SF and start with the SF on an empty tummy. Hugs to you.

My favorite safe way of adding different things to my diet is smoothies...I like to make them with a banana (for SF base), a handful of blueberries or few strawberries, a peach, ice and either some soy milk or orange juice to blend it...they are delicious and very safe for me!
