Hey Syl,

Re: berry jams and fructose mal. - I noticed in one of your old posts you mention that you add dextrose to your strawberry jam. I looked through the list in the article you recommend checking for favorable foods, and noticed that jam is listed as a favorable alternative to honey, and that berries are safer fruit options. I've really been missing berry jam. Do you think I should I look for dextrose at my HFS or just see how I do with plain jam first?

Why not see how plain jam effects you first. If you find that the small amount of excess fructose is a problem then add a bit of dextrose.
