am from UK has any tried fiber sure soluble fiber you can add to water or food
hot or cold
will it help me i have ibs c and really trapped gas please help me

Julie - I don't have C and really never have had it but I understand from all I have read that fiber helps C as well as D. The fiber sold on this web site, acacia, is particularly gentle in comparison to metamucil (which can cause gas). You might try benefiber if you can find it. Good luck to you!!

Fibersure contains inulin. Heather says "If you're at all prone to bloating or gas (and many folks with IBS are), please avoid both psyllium and inulin (the main ingredients in Metamucil, Konsyl, Fybogel, Fibersure, and FiberChoice), which can seriously worsen these problems in some people with IBS."
