i love salads really do but by belly hurts when i have one gos rock hard and i get trapped wind hurts lots do anyone else get it

ok so if am have fish what can i have with it if not salad what veg is safe for me so i get fiber

Have you downloaded the cheat sheet? That has a list of safe veggies.

Green beans, carrots, and mushrooms have always been safe for me.

I like potato wedges (brushed with a very small amount of oil and seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, cumin or whatever you like baked at 450 for 30 minutes). Also steamed asparagus although some people can't tolerate asparagus so be careful. Also cooked baby spinach leaves work for me but NOT raw. I know it is hard to give up salads but they just don't digest too good for IBS folks.
