I have a wheat, soy, and dairy sensitivity and I have a yeast issue so I have to avoid yeasty foods. Any advice on following a candida diet and still getting my soluable fiber would be much appreciated. I also have interstitial cystitis so I have to be aware of certain foods for this as well.

Turnip, rutabagas, and squash are all soluble fibre vegetables that are higher on the glycemic index and shouldn't be much of an issue for candida.

Which foods do you have to avoid for interstitial cystitis? A good friend of mine had an extremely severe case of this for years (she just had her bladder removed last spring), and she never mentioned any foods that she had to avoid.

IBS-A since age 12, and fructose sensitive; with the exception of my pregnancy, have been following Heather's diet since Nov. 19, 2007.
Taking 12g of Acacia per day. Relatively stable since March 2008!
