I used to love filling up on strawberries. I was really craving them today so I bought a package since I'm slowly adding back foods. I had only 2 after eating a banana first. Now my stomach feels icky, and I have pressure in my back. I wonder why strawberries aren't working but I can eat peaches, skin and all, no problem?

Strawberries have a lot more IF - the skin, the flesh, and of couse the seeds. Ironically I seem to be able to tolerate them, though. I seem to have much more trouble with grain IF than fruit and veggie IF.

Ya I am lucky to I am able to handle them . Try bended them in a smoothie at first. I can handle peaches and nectarines but grapes and watermelon I can't handle! Good luck!
