A1.Are Kalamata Olives ok to eat if you have them with pasta or bread?

2. I had some steak from a place that I have been to before and I was ok...but I tried some chicken crumbed tenders there and both my sister and I got bad sore throats and now have numerous mouth ulcers.
The chicken crumbed things were VERY spicy and tasted suspiciously like they had msg in them.
Do you know what could cause mouth ulcers from food like that?

I think for the olives you need to determine your own tolerance. I love kalamata olives so I use them chopped up to flavor a dish I'm serving with rice or bread or pasta. I don't eat them whole or one by one anymore. But you'd be surprised how lovely a very little bit can be.
