Kava ("real coffee from premium beans") is an instant coffee that is 90 percent acid-neutralized. It's available in supermarkets. I've heard that the acid (not the caffeine) in coffee is what bothers IBS sufferers, and that seems to be the case because I can drink Kava just fine, no problem.
