I have found a drink and not sure if it's good or not for IBS. And since this is for my daughter and not me I would like to know if anyone has tried it. I will write the ingredients so y'all can let me know if there is anything in it that might be harmful to IBS. Here goes.Filtered water, sugar natural flavor citric acid, Potassium Phosphate, Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C), Sodium Citrate, Modified Food Starch, Cochineal Extract (color), Taurine, Vitamin # Acetate, Calcium Phosphate, Gum Arabic, Fanax Ginseng Root Extract, Calcuim Pantothenate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (vitamin B6), Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) --- Hope I spelled everything right the writing is so small and my eye sight is not what it use to be, but anyway I don't know more than half of the items listed, let alone know now to pernounce them. Anyway the drink is by SoBe, the name is LIFE WATER, vitamin enhanced water beverage - challenge your life, herbal content - tourine & ginseng. That is the hardest thing for me when I go and buy something, because I don't understand many of the ingredients and it gets so discouraging. My daughter is doing a lot better than she was before we found this web sight but she is still hurting some. She could have celiac or wheat tolerance, not sure yet. But the fact that I can't understand most of these ingredients doesn't help her any. I'm just trying to find something else for her to drink besides, water, tea and cranberry juice. Thanks to all in advance as always y'all have been so helpful. eva

It may be fine, although some people do have problems with high amounts of Vitamin C (particularly those prone to D).
