Can those two be related? I've had severe motion sickness since birth and the day I was driven home from the hospital. Mom says I vomited everywhere. I have trouble even sitting on the soft couch or lay on my husband's chest (because it's rocking from his breathing). When I flew on the airlplane to the US from Ukraine, I vomited so many times that I was sure I was dying. Haven't been on the plane since, about 10 years now. I am wondering if this motion sickness somehow could be connected to bowels and IBS. I know that BendeeWendee on this website (cool girl) has motion sickness but that's about it.
Thanks y'all. Tatyana.

My motion sickness, and I thought all motion sickness for that matter, was due to an inbalance of the inner ear. That's what I was told. Something about excessive liquid in the inner ear which I can't understand why they just can't suck the f***er out. I've been that way since birth too. Being diagnosed with Meniere's disease explained a lot. Sigh. I feel your "pain" though cause I can't swing on swings, go on long car rides, etc. I'm ok on planes when my anxiety doesn't get me and when the flight is not turbulent. I miss out on rollercoasters (even though I've braved several of them).
In any case, I stick to my ginger chews for those nauseating moments.
