Does celery cause excessive gas and flatulence PLUS colon movement....
Also, i reduced my low dose of prozac from 7 to 5 mg per day and noticed that my ibs is more bothersome.......anyone else have experience with stopping/reducing ibs...

No, celery isn't a trigger food. See this list here for triggers: Trigger Foods
However, celery would be considered Insoluble Fiber, so you'd want to eat it carefully. This means eating it with a good soluble fiber base and in small amounts.
Changes in ADs, lowering or raising the dose, can affect your IBS. This is probably what's causing an increase in your current symptoms.

Celery is a high IF food and can cause excessive gas, etc. I cannot eat it at all no matter how much SF I eat.

While tea made from fennel seeds may reduce bloating and gas I find that when I eat fennel seeds or fennel powder which are high in IF cause me serious bloating and gas.

As long as I eat celery that has been cooked and in small amounts such as in soup, I'm fine. I take Lexapro for anxiety and I know that if I lowered it, my IBS would go nuts. Is there a really big difference between 7mg and 5mg? It may be worth it to keep taking it at the 7mg....

For me, IM so sensitive to meds....i notice the differance in lowering the dosage.....ive had panic disorder for years but only 2 months with ibs......my panic seems to be better these days but now the freaking ibs is screwing everything up......im also lowering since i might get off prozac and try lexapro again.......its all trial and error.....prior to ibs, i could come off my low dose of meds and only worry about panic returning...now i worry about ibs as well....stinks!@ thanks

I can eat a little when cooked, but if I eat a lot of it raw I can end up with gas/cramping.
