I drink Ginseng tea from time to time. I am not sure if it is Korean Ginseng, though. You may want to google that and see what it is. If I recall correctly, there are a few different types of ginseng. I'm not sure what the differences are. I never seem to have an issue with it. The brand I have had is Celestial Seasonings and they mix the ginseng with peppermint and some other herbs.
