I'm looking for a quick snack that does not contain soy. Since I eat every few hours and I'm on the go a lot, I need something fast and easy. Anybody have any ideas?

Nature's choice cereal bars or Honey bars.
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

That might be a less common brand. It is distirbuted by Barbara's Bakery and is in the natural foods dept of our store. Also the Sweet and Salty Quaker bars, flavor: oats, nuts and honey, is safe except for dairy in the natural flavoring.
