I'm looking for a quick snack that does not contain soy. Since I eat every few hours and I'm on the go a lot, I need something fast and easy. Anybody have any ideas?

Nature's choice cereal bars or Honey bars.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

I picked up some of the Nature Valley bars, but where do I find Nature's Choice? Health food store? Thanks!

That might be a less common brand. It is distirbuted by Barbara's Bakery and is in the natural foods dept of our store.
Also the Sweet and Salty Quaker bars, flavor: oats, nuts and honey, is safe except for dairy in the natural flavoring.
