I don't know but for some strange reason it seems that I bloat after I drink, fennel, peperiment, green, and any other cafinee free teas. Those teas supposed to be helping me, but I feel as if they might be hurting me. Could it be the water that I use, the sugar, the honey? Could it be when I drink them? Can anyone help me out here. Thanks in advance!

Have you been tested for fructose malabsorption? Honey has a lot of fructose so it might be the culprit.

No I haven't been tested for that, but I am going to. The next time I drink tea, I am not going to put honey in it and see what happens. Thanks Zara!

Make sure that there aren't any HFCS added to your honey. It has to be all natural/organic.

If you're still having problems after cutting out the honey, I'd pay attention to the way you drink the tea. Are you gulping it down? Or sipping it in a way that causes you to swallow a lot of air? I know that sometimes when I'm drinking something hot or eating soup, I suck in air at the same time.

I have never seen honey with HFCS added. I find this is interesting. Can you give me a brand name for my reference list?
Honey is like HFCS because it also contains much more fructose than glucose.

I'm with the others. My bet is that it's the honey.
Btw, in regards to the green tea, is it caffeine free? Green tea does contain some caffeine.

I had the same problem and it was the honey. I now use a small amount of regular cane sugar.
