Has anyone with IBS-C had their bloating, cramping and pain get worse after taking acacia for a few days? That has happened to me, though of course I'm not sure if that was the cause. I have kept all other variables the same, so I think it might be the acacia. I am on a very small dose--just a level 1/4 tsp morning and night. I went off it for a day, things quieted down, and now I'm starting it again in hopes that it was something else.

I don't know. I do know that Acacia gives me facial rash.

It made super nauseated. I can't take any fiber supplements. I just add ground flax seed to my morning cereal and adjust my IF and SF depending on how I'm feeling.
