It seems that if I'm out in the heat too long I won't have a BM the next day (I normally have one every morning), and the following day I will have incontinence. I was outside most of the day Sat (very hot and humid) and Sat evening I was pretty sick with nausea, a feeling of total dyhydration, weakness and a headache.
