I have been on the diet since Saturday...and have not had a typical marathon attack since then thank you! However, I have noticed a symptom that I get, I got today.

It is abdominal pain. Doesn't feel like cramps, or gas...it just makes the area just under my ribs...sore and pitty feeling. When I feel this, I feel nauseas..and don't eat much. It lasts a few hours..then seems to disappear. Doesn't come everyday...(yesterday I felt good).

I am a bit constipated now...but still am having small BM's.

Does this sound like anything anyone else has dealt with?

Thanks so much!

Sounds like you might want to try introducing more IF in to yuor diet now, vegetables and fruit. I had small hard like BM's but the more fiber I was able to manage the better that became and now I have normal BM's. Are you C or D?

Chit...I am mostly D...but after the D get constipated a bit. My BM's have not been hard (Sorry TMI)...they look formed and are not rock solid but more like small pieces...not the typical amount that is usual.

Sounds more like upper GI upset. I started getting this a few months after my IBS got bad. Not sure why. Have you eaten anything that could cause this type of problem - like something acidic?
