I'm trying to pinpoint my personal trigger foods. How do I know which foods cause reactions. I read the lists, and I'm avoiding all of those foods. Yet I still have issues. Like today, I had a bad reaction after I ate pretzels. I was fine all morning and this happened right about an hour after I ate them and has continued now for 4 hours. So is it the pretzels? Cause those are listed as a safe food. Or could it be something else I ate in the past day or two? How do I know? I'm so frustrated!!

there are trigger foods and in my case things like onions, banana's, fried foods (to name some)that I just cannot have. You are always best starting off with an SF food item or supplement, then try things like pretzels, fruit, IF. You probably reacted because you didn't have enough SF and too much IF. Try introducing SF foods and then introduce other things that you like and hopefully this way you will not have bad reactions.. Good luck.

Did you check the ingredients? Some pretzels have HFCS.

In what situation did you eat them? Were you sitting down and eating slowly or were you on the go or rushed? Did you eat them quietly or talk to someone while eating them? Sometimes it's not what you eat but how you do it.
