I found sourdough that contains wheat flour and whole wheat flour as you continue to read the ingredients on the list. Is this ok to eat since it's in sourdough bread? I read the info on whole wheat flour on this site, but I'm still confused if it's in the sourdough bread..??
What is the fibre content of the bread? It should be on the label.
The IF from the whole wheat may be too high for you. You may have to experiment.
It is useful to put your IBS type in your signature line which you can set with your setup options. Sometimes the advice depends on the type of IBS you have.
Good luck

It looks like the "dietary fiber" amount is 1gram for 1/7 of the loaf (or rather 2 oz.), if that's what I'm even looking for. I am new to the message boards and will work on putting my IBS type in the signature line thanks for your help
