Hello all I was just wondering if arrowroot cookies are safe?There are no milk ingredients in them and seem safe but just wanted to be sure before I dig in.Thanks a million!

They are listed as safe on Heathers safe food list which can be found on the page of the message boards. I actually just bought some myself but havent eaten any yet.

I had them the other day....and they did not suit me...i had an attack that night...they have HFCS in them so they may not be tolerated by everyone

I just read the box that I have in my house and it doesnt say that it has HFCS. I never buy anything thing with HFCS because it affects me so much so i would have been surprised if i had slipped up like that. Wonder why yours has it and mine doesnt
