sooo.. i've had digestive issues since i am a toddler and keept having various tests done with no answer..
so far i've had almost all of the foods i eat regularly skin tested
lactose intolerance test
celiac testing
endoscopy
that weird test that you drink the nastey white liquid and they take xrays as it passes thru your system
tests for bacterial overgrowth..
everything has come back negative!! is there something i'm missing? why is it that (sorry to get too graphic) i've been going to the bathroom all day and i've been gassy for atleast half..??!!??
i am completely needle and blood phobic so when i go for testing i have a little breakdown and pass out.. it's horrible.. i just want to know what i might be overlooking..

IBS means you wont get a result on any of those tests, because the problem is something else. The good thing is, if all your results are negative and your doctor concludes IBS you can go follow the diet and it will get better.

You really should add a colonoscopy onto your test list. I know exactly how you feel. The D gets so bad that in addition to the pain, cramping, you become raw from having to whipe so much. You should definitely be taking some kind of anti-D, minimal dose so you don't flip over to C. Hang in there. I've been dealing with this for about 25 years. This diet is the best thing I've ever done.
