Hi
I have lemon juice everytime I have tea but pure freshly sqeezed lemons are so pricey here. I have lemon for my severe water retention from severe c. I was wondering if lemon juice that comes in a bottle would help the way pure does. Do you know if it will since it's so much cheaper? Thanks.

Hope you don't mind if I jump in here, though I'm not Heather. I checked my little container of the cheaper stuff in my fridge and it has 3 ingredients: Lemon Juice, Lemon Oil and Sulphur Dioxide (preservative). My guess is it should be just fine. Try it for yourself and see if you can tell a difference. Likely not. Although I've never heard of lemon being a water retention aid - very interesting.

I've heard of lemon being a water retention aid from somewhere else too, although I'm afraid I can't quite tell you where.
