Does anyone drink Rooibus tea? It is caffeine free but I heard it comes from a legume. Is it safe?

Yes, it's safe and supposedly very good for you. I especially like roiboos-vanilla and roiboos-peppermint combos.

It is safe and tastes good. I don't think it's from a legume, it comes from a bush in Africa.

It's not from a legume - it's from a bush. Leaves. And yes, it's perfectly safe... tasty, too!

I get it at a tea shop in my town. I buy by the ounce. It's just called Caramel Rooibos.

Aww, I was hoping it was a store bought brand like Tetley. I'll check around my local HFS to see if they have anything like that. Thanks!

I've seen it boxed on the shelf in the grocery store... I couldn't tell you a brand name, though.

It's often sold loose (bulk) at health food stores such as Whole Foods--that way you can buy a small amount and try it to see if you like it first. I get mine at a locally owned HFS.
A good mail order source is http://www.frontiercoop.com ... they are in Iowa.
I've also seen the rooibos tea bags boxed on the shelf at the Publix chain of grocery stores.
